HIT4POWER SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Got a group? We'll build the plan around it.
Small group hitting lessons in Parker and Arvada. Baseball and softball, all ages.
Bring us your team, part of a roster, or a handful of players who already train together. Tell us their ages and what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll build a hitting plan that fits.

Built around your group.
There's no fixed format here. We start with a conversation and build from there.
- How many players. Four, six, a full roster — we'll tell you what works at each location.
- How old they are. 9U looks different from high school. The plan matches the group.
- What you're trying to fix. More power. Fewer strikeouts. Getting the whole team on the same approach before the season. Tell us the goal and we build toward it.
- Where and when. Parker or Arvada, whichever is easier. Wednesday nights, Saturday mornings, whatever fits around your practice schedule.
- How long you want to run. Three weeks. Six weeks. Through the whole off-season. Your call.
Why groups work.
A hitter taking swings for sixty straight minutes is grooving bad mechanics by minute thirty-five. Fatigue sets in and the reps stop helping.
In a group, one player hits while the next gets coached, watches film and resets. Every swing is a fresh swing.
And kids compete. Put hitters in a cage together and every one of them works harder than they would alone.
What your group gets.
- A written plan. Every session has a plan and builds on the last one, so the block adds up to something instead of being six separate lessons.
- Before and after video. Your instructor films each hitter's swing at the start and again at the end, from the same angle. We send the clips side by side so you can see exactly what changed.
- One instructor throughout. The same coach runs every session, so nobody re-learns your players each week.
Who this is for.
- Coaches with a team or part of a roster who want structured hitting work built around their season.
- Parents with a group of friends or teammates who already train together.
Looking for one player? A private lesson is the better fit.
How this is different from a camp.
A camp is a one-time event on our schedule, open to anyone who signs up. Small group training is recurring work with the group you bring, on a schedule that fits around your season. Same instructor, same players, every session.
Who's running it.
The same Hit4Power instructors who run our private lessons run every group block.
- Reagan Guthrie — Regis University (2020-2024), Colorado Rockies Bullpen Catcher
- Michael Morissette — Tyler Junior College & Miami University (OH), Former College Hitting Coach
- Owen Best — University of St. Thomas (MN) & St. John's University (MN) (2020-2025)
