We provide professional hitting lessons to baseball and softball players of all ages and all skill levels. That’s it. Hitting lessons is all we do. Led by former University of Oklahoma and 2010 College World Series player, Rick Eisenberg.

We offer a fresh approach to hitting lessons. We listen, observe and analyze first before we offer tips and suggestions for improvement. We de-construct a players swing using state-of-the-art video technology and we provide players with hitting instruction to improve their swing. AND-All lessons are booked through our App and all based on your schedule. Our instructors work on regular and consistent hours. Here’s the way we work:

Our Philosophy

In baseball and softball, hitting a round ball with a round bat is a unique challenge. It becomes even tougher due to the mental pressure of facing failure, which happens more than 70% of the time, even for professional players. So, how do we help young hitters mentally and physically prepare? We build their confidence and provide them with the tools to improve themselves. We believe in the saying, "If you can hit, you won't sit," because it's true. A player who can contribute offensively will always have a place on a team's roster. To develop exceptional hitters, teamwork is crucial.

The Reality

To become better at hitting and succeed in the game, players need to practice on their own. Team practices don't give enough time to focus on hitting, and coaches usually can't teach all the necessary techniques. The best hitters spend a lot of time practicing outside of team activities. Getting good at hitting requires practicing the right techniques over and over, there are no quick and easy ways to master it.

Our Approach

Success at the plate isn't the same for everyone. Each player has their own way of playing, both physically and mentally. We help players analyze their swings and make changes to get better results. Even though everyone has their own style, all successful hitters have to align themselves correctly when they hit the ball. We teach the science of hitting in an easy way and give players drills to improve their swing mechanics.

Our Shared Goal

Our main objective is to help players become better hitters by identifying specific areas of their swing that can be refined. We give them the drills they need to improve their swings and become more effective at bat. We are committed to supporting their journey and providing the necessary tools to turn them into great hitters. However, players need to put in dedicated effort as well. When we do our part and players put in the work, they will definitely see an improvement in their hitting skills.

Step 1

Step 2

Consistency. Work with our instructor to improve your swing. You’re not going to become a better hitter over-night. You have to put in the effort if you want to see improvement.
